If the floor sanding is good you will use either oil or water based polyurethane liquid to paint the floors.

Or you can flip your edge sander over turn it on with 100 grit sand paper on and gently grind the scraper to produce a sharp edge.

Small humps and dips can be ground out of a concrete floor with a sander or a grinder but if you have larger humps in a concrete floor the best option is a concrete grinder.
